Favorite Race Distance
Lissett enjoys running 10-miler races. She can complete them in just a couple of hours. There is a particular race she enjoys.
It allows her to unite with her friends. The race expo and crowd support are just fantastic. The race is usually held on the last week of May.
Post-Race Food Treats
What do you love to eat after a race? To Lissett, nothing beats a delectable chocolate treat after a long run.
Pair it up with a milky drink and she’ll be good to go. Her favorite cheat list includes donuts and brownies. Anything with sugar can make her day.
Favorite Pre-Fuel Run
How do you equip yourself for the race? Lissett shares her favorite brand of shakes and snack bars. She recommends eating at least 30 minutes before the run.
Other energy boosters she enjoys are honey steamer waffles, maple leaf waffles, and margarita shot bloks.
