Tim Crough has been helping people in their fitness journey. He focuses on personalized and specific training meeting clients at their level. Aside from making runners stronger, Tim also helps special needs clients in the Kansas City area. There’s no need to get off track with some preventative maintenance from Move Right KC.

Personal Fitness Coach at Kansas
Tim is a personal strength and conditioning coach. He has been in the industry for around 20 years now.
“As our industry continues to grow, there’s just all kinds of great knowledge coming down the pipe.” – Tim Crough
He started as an intern at the University of Kansas football team and tennis team. He also worked for the Colorado Rockies baseball team. Later on, he started his own business called Move Right KC.
Tim Crough Fitness Journey
Tim played baseball and football in high school. His passion for fitness training led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Science at the University of Kansas. He went on to complete his internship at the same university.
He has also been married for almost 10 years and has one daughter. They enjoy spending time together at the gym.
Proper Movement for Your Body
Move Right KC caters to both male and female fitness trainees. They typically help condition their bodies for the adventures they take in life.
“We help the body move right and the pain subsides as a result of that. We try to get the body moving at the most natural position as it is supposed to move without compensation.” – Tim Crough
They offer personalized and small group training of no more than six people. And, they make sure to conduct a physical assessment before starting.
