She started Fit Armadillo five years ago. Their tagline is “Fitness in Your Place at Your Pace”.

Mountains 2 Beach Marathon

An upcoming race she is training for is Mountains 2 Beach on May. The course starts from Ojai mountains down to the Ventura River Valley.

Her last attendance was in May 2017. This year, she is happy to serve as the marathon ambassador. It is definitely an encouragement to see her running once again!

Zero Tolerance for Diets

There are people who want to start the fitness journey in order to lose weight. But there are other benefits.

Some attempt to stay fit but fail in the end. Catherine desires to help them go from beyond. She also enjoys working with beginners and helping them stay on track with their fitness goals.
